Needs to be playing week-in, week-out to be at his best, good luck to him. Super athlete.

Mafi, Strockosh and Charteris have also signed for Perpignan, and Narraway close to join them too.
Yea best of luck to Tomas, never seemed to recover from that awful injury. Said it at the time thought he came back too quick.

Maybe Frank Murphy could be back, would be a decent back up i think.
Athlete or no athlete still can't pass but I wish him well.

Good luck to him but its a pity he couldn't stay and switch to the back 3, where he is best suited with his talents.
Best of luck to Tomas. Hope it goes well for him.

What do we have to offer him? I know for a fact he said he doesnt want to be involved with Ireland unless he's in the 22, that didnt happen, so they only way for him to get game time and make a shed load of money while he is at is to move. He will have no competition and will start every game, its what every professional player wants.
makes sense from an Irish perspective, if he wants to play internationals again then needs to be playing regularly and spreads the talent around

But is it true? If so, bad for Munster, good for Tomás. He always had Munster attitude, and deserves success.

Best of luck! Hope he thrives in France, would be great for himself, Ireland and Munster longer term!?! Strings can come back into the fold now and tutor Murray, Sheridan W?ll?ams into how to make the big feckers be better. Good luck TOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No way Munster can compete on salary given TOL no longer has a central contract. If its true I wish him all the best and similar to Micko I hope it works out for him and maybe he could even return as a better player.

Assuming this is true (I'm deeply cynical) best of luck to TOL. A fine player, and athlete.

Given the forbearance and belief shown him by both Ireland and Munster, through sad injuries and some shocking form, and despite my admiration for his undoubted athleticism, disappointed he did not stay here and fight for his place but has opted to go. Financial factors obviously played a part. In both the Castres and Llanelli home HEC matches, he took off sideways across the field, was tackled and turned over possession. Had Duncan Wililams or Conor Murray done that, we would be tut-tutting about greenhorn errors. TBH doubt he will ever again see a green jersey as his present status does not merit being exempt from the unofficial (?) rule about players being based abroad not being considered for selection, unless of exceptional ability. I would be glad to be proven wrong, as he has always been a doughty battler but has had a haunted and unhappy look about him these past 2 years. He needs an extended run free from injury - debatable he will get in ultra physical Top 14. Wish him all the best, with his pace, power, and athleticism. He does not possess the pass that a top level 9 requires.
Duncan Williams looks a fine player and needs a decent run of games without injury to establish himself.
