Is it difficult to get tickets? I wouldn't have thought so given how the team is performing.

Really hope we see something new from the team after the 2 weeks in training, but I'd have my suspicions that he'll keep his cards close to his chest in the Italian game. We'll continue with boa constrictor rugby and only cut loose in Paris or London.

Presumably it'll be as epic as this fixture usually is!
I see Castrogiovanni is out for the rest of 6 nations.

Does anyone have two tickets for sale for the game.

Live team announcement stream at 1:15 (5 minutes). I don't imagine it'll be very interesting, most reports indicate things will be unchanged.

It seems we are going to stick with the same tactics. All three back rows to fanny about in the backs hoping to receive the ball. The tight five expected to hit ever ruck and somehow produce fast ball. The scrum half to get killed at every ruck because the tight five can't get to every ruck. An outhalf who can't control a game and no one on the pitch who has a place kicking percentage good enough for International rugby.

The fact that Italy don't have a true out and out 7 should help us somewhat but even a half decent win will only paper over the cracks.
\"God gave me the talent but the forwards gave me the ball\" - Jannie De Beer

\"I hesitate to use words like spiritual or religious, but to see what rugby means to Munster people is very moving\" Shaun Payne

I look back on 2008 at the Millennium Stadium as the highlight of my career because, although being capped by New Zealand and playing for the All Blacks was fantastic, this was special. - Doug Howlett

Still surprising to see people are surprised that there are no changes.

We have a weak midfield lets face it...while we will probably beat Italy in a borefest....we are nowwhere near challenging for top table until we find repalacements for BOD and Darcy.....the game has moved on...we havent.

Sign of the times is right but i think the six nations is now falling under the shadow of the Heineken Cup

I think this is a game where I'm more interested in how they play rather than the score...ball in hand, agressive play at the breakdown, agressive front foot defence and creating and taking try scoring oppurtunities the pre requisite before the next 3 games..

Yes, feel like I haven't seen munster play in an age; as couldn't get a link for treviso have not watched since HEC. Always enjoy the games in the 6 nations to see how the new/ different combinations get on. Team Thursday lunchtime?

Anything short of a thirty point win will be disappointing. The Ireland team owe a performance!!

Therefore prepare for disappointment. (Or surpises). This could be one of those they owe us a performance matches so they will perform, but they are expected to do so and win well - so they won't.
