This has gotta be bull crap..Cant see him wanting to leave Munster just as he is really starting to establish himself..but if leinster give us Ruddock and O'Malley in exchange well let him off...

Funny, ******* I dont seem to recall the same outcry when Ulster signed in Terblance for a not so special back three position. Its a temp signing of a world class player. Would you be happier if they signed a poor player or tried to sign one of your many hyped reserve secondrows. Why bother

Hard to reason with a man who is without reason.

Plenty of people criticised that signing too. Plenty criticised the signing of Chambers as well.
It is useless to attempt to reason a man out of a thing he was never reasoned into.

Exactly, Joey. I was on record in the past few weeks that I disagreed with signing Lualala and that I'd prefer to give Barnes a real chance. The Welsh have backed youth, and it's delivered players to their national set-up.

I'm sure we tried to back out of the deal the very minute your opinion was offered T78

Next season at Leinster we have Cullen under contract, Toner under contract and Flanagan....D Ryan would be a guaranteed starter in that team without any if's or but's....would get more gametime than likely at Munster and would be playing with potentially most of the Irish international pack as well which would also be of benefit...

That must make Nagle a superstar if you use the training theory

Ask JCC; his theory. But I'm glad to see you agree players need to get their chance to play.

D Ryan should have left two years ago. The fact that he is now an international doesnt make it right that he waited for so long. He should have backed himself and who knows how good he would be by now.
Its all well and good talking about how good players are but they need gametime. Some here would have though that Nagle after his MOM performance could have leapfrogged D Ryan and Mod but his stuck in a swamp.
Like D Ryan Nagle is missing out on valuable gametime.

Are you a good friend of The Outlaw?

p.s. Why not find "my theory" instead of attempting to insert it out of context in an effort to support your self important twaddle?

Well, take two cases in point, Zebo and POM. The more games they get, the more assured they look. That's not least because every game exposes you to a different attack to stop and a different defence to break. All training does is show you one system. Dealing with the different systems makes you a better player.

Donnacha Ryan was an international two years ago. In fact he was on the bench for the national team two years ago the same as he is now.

No problem with that T78, but it's this popular notion that unlimited gametime will automatically turn a squad player into a HEC starter that I don't agree with.

The two guys you've mentioned had the physicality, development, overall fitness etc. already in the tank, so were ready to make the step up.

My other point was that the coaches had access to all sorts of information gleaned from training scores & tests, and were therefore in a much better position to identify those who were ready to move forward.

So why not advocate Archer starting at prop ahead of Botha so he learns scrummaging and is better for Ireland?

People on here were singing the praises of POM long long before this season, he was destined from a young age to come good for the province. Not all young talents will emerge to his level, plenty chaff for small amounts of wheat.

Never mind perception because it isn’t real. It’s only what people think. Go out and make them think something else.
