Just looked up few of their videos on youtube. Aparently they play in the Curragower regulary, they are very good and would listen to their music over any other music atm. Here is a good cover of cosmic love:

Good chance he'll be gone for two months later this year, so maybe he made the decision himself!

I have listened to 3 of those videos now and I have to say they were class, seriously. A talented bunch of lads.

Bloody hate Mumford and Son's so this isnt really my thing but what is not in doubt is the musical talent. Good luck to em.
Anne Frank exaggerated alot and was a liar

They are indeed very good, Barry Murphy on guitar and
vocals along with his brother Dan who is pretty impressive
on the slide as well as looking quite like his brother!
Darragh Griffin on guitar also, he's hoping to write a few
songs for the band to play of their own making. Felix on
bodhran but with the band hoping to increase the number
of gigs they play a full time professional rugby player may
find it difficult to play night time gigs so the likelihood of
Felix staying in the band may be slim. Finally the dude on
banjo and bongo is Darragh Graham, former strength and
conditioning coach to Leinster Rugby and currently working
with the Tipp hurlers. He's based here in UL and was quite
a promising athlete too but always seemed to come second
to Paul Hession in the 100m and 200m if memory serves
me right.

They are around a while now. Play regularly in The Office too.
Mate of mine has been filling in for Felix. He just doesn't have
the time for it with training and that which is understandable.

Clip from the Darb's gig, just vocals but shows the harmonies they have very well.

Nyet comrade.

1/. I was told he was finished. I can accept that the information might not have been correct however

2/. He wasn't there playing Sunday. That's a fact Jack

Well, there was those drummers from Spinal Tap....

Think he might cover keyboards too? Allows him showcase his
versatility. Hard to imagine that these skills could be left out
of a RWC squad.

Best bit of what I heard on Sunday night was their "gansta medley" at the very end of it they managed to get from the rap on Fresh Prince of Bel air through to Horse outside and there was a bit of A-Ha somewhere along the way as well!!
Unfortunately I had to depart early so didn't hear a lot of their set, but definitely want to get to another of their gig's.

Maybe they could play at half time during the Heineken Cup matches.
