Its not that big an issue. What matters most is their first game in cup/league

richmond will be a very strong side this year (even thou game against ennis suggest otherwise)
this time of year plenty richmond lads missing (gaa etc etc) as well as Ennis will be very strong this year in division 2 with deccy flynn at the helm as the richmond lads will know about him he takes no crap and will get the best out of a side

I didnt think Flynn was a great coach with richmond. Taught he was very poor with the forwards to be honest.

I just don't think it's fair to be discussing amateur players or coaches performances on this forum unless you have something positive to say.

Bit rich considering you made a condescending personal comment about a Richmond player.
You stated "one of the biggest (fattest) props ever was playing for ye".

I deleted that and apologised, it wasn't meant in a condescending way.

What did Kilfeacle do? And how could you even compare that to galbally? Don't bother writing on the matter if you've no clue what your on about please

Was it Cross were bad or Christians that good? Fancied Cross to be dark horses this year for the league. Thought Christians had lost a lot players?

  23. #4340
Both teams were pretty bad to be honest, cross only had about 18players so their coach Dave corkery....ya former Irish great togged out!not sure bout Christians...their 10 Conor quad is def gone anyway, was talking to a few of the locals up there and they seem pretty confident they will do well/if not better without him...

  24. #4341
Well for teams that play by the rules its hard to see them get away with playing illegal players like its a joke, fair enough ive no idea what kilfeakle did but with galbally the matter is pretty clear like.

  25. #4342
and what happens will say "the well" get relegated this year? how many teams come down from MJ1 and how many go up from MJ2.

Surprising i thought Quaid and the no8 were their best players. Think he'll be a loss to them. Heard rumours there was a lot of stuff going on in the background up there last season, between players not getting on with each other or other players not wanting to play for the coaches. You never know they could do better with a smaller more united squad especially if the morale is better.

Christians always strong at the start of the season, and come good again after Christmas. They like the top of the ground clearly

Not too sure the reasons behind him leaving but the lads I was chatting to didn't seem to be to bothered by his loss!!who knows surely would be since he's got so much experience at higher levels...

    So 3 to be relegated...

Beyond that I again don't like the way people are bandying about actual names of players who volunteer their time for their club...saying stuff like the lads 'are not bothered' if he goes, bla bla bla.

Hmmm, for someone that has spouted a lot of crap about specific players and clubs, including fat props and players getting paid, you're taking a very high moral ground!!!

You just said you were wrong!!! How am i full of sh€&r?? Think before you type.

Every single poster here that knows the guy in question or played against him knew who he was!! Also, by casting general dispersions about a club and not naming someone can be worse than naming someone. I play for Richmond, when you post your ill informed posts about Richmond players being paid and don't name someone, then we're all guilty by association, even though it was not right.
