I presume everyone else clicked the 'collection' method as it was the only option?

ya it's the only option because you are only really buying a raffle ticket. i presume that if you are successful they will all be posted

The ticket office number is +44-1604-581000 but an e-mail will probably do just as well.
I've also posted some general information on the ballot process on another thread (Saints Supporters Club I think it was). If you have more than one membership but with the same contact details (for example a pair of season tickets in the same name) you could only enter the ballot once but if successful you'd get a ticket against each as it is your 'account' that the ballot relates to and not a single membership. I hope that this makes sense! Hoping to get some tickets from phase 1 (will know on Wednesday) and if not will start over again!
Good luck!

Shouldn't let you buy more than 1, gives error message.
I keep getting not enough points for the other members in my family, not sure what that's about but will try again tomorrow. Was able to get my own ticket entry alright.

5 lids to enter the ballot. if successful then the 5 lids are subtracted from the ticket price. No win then the 5 lids are not taken.
