Trying times for Hendo’s Toulon
All that money invested by Toulon’s sugar-daddy president Mourad Boudjellal hasn’t quite paid off yet. Boudjellal’s money brought Tana Umaga, Rob Henderson, Jean-Jacques Crenca, Yann Delaigue, Gonzalo Quesada and Dan Luger to the second division club, which is currently standing a less-than-impressive fifth in the table following an embarrassing 26-12 defeat at home to Tarbes. Umaga made quite a stir on his arrival, being made a citizen of the city, scoring in his first two games but then pulling a calf muscle in his third. And Henderson? Well, he’s scored a couple, and his French is definitely improving. Just check out his recent interview on www.rctoulon.com (http://www.rctoulon.com/). Bravo, Hendo!
