This match may be of interest from a Munster perspective. If we come through against Irish and are fortunate enough to make the Amlin Q/F we might meet one of these teams.
As it stands in this group
La Rochelle 19
Glos 16
Agen 15
Rovigo 0
playing tonight Glos V Agen and La Rochelle V Rovigo. On paper La Rochelle should top the group with a bonus point win and so be on 24 points. that would certainly make them seed 1 or 2 In The Amlin.

Of those on current form we'd perhaps give Rovigo a good game away.

If all the ifs come together would the QF be of a Thursday? and is it on the same weekend as theHeineken smileys/cry.gifCupQF.

Its of interest to Munster alright but I don't think La Rochelle will be 1st or 2nd seeds. Stade will finish on 29 more than likely, Brive on 28. La Rochelle on 24 could even be edged out for third seeds if Harlequins win well with bp at home to Bayonne. Montpellier should be 5th seed on 21/22 points.
If it goes the way it should the q/f lineup should be:
Stade F v Montpellier
Brive v Wasps
La Rochelle v Munster
Harlequins v Clermont
Still a lot of rugby to be played, those predictions will probably be wrong come Sunday evening.

Some very good play by Gloucester, seemingly too late for them though unless La Rochelle commit hari-kari in the 2nd half, but impressive performance so far.

good to see Agen getting a try though of course too little for them - still don't like to see any team (unless playing against Munster) get a complete thrashing. I'd a few commiserations texts from Glaws fans on Sunday, so muc return the compliment with congrats

I agree with Borders that an away trip to La Rochelle is a strong possibility. Flights from Dublin to La Rochelle and Nantes (2 hours away) on ryanair.

Will be rooting for Exeter to beat Montpellier this weekend and thus qualify!

Agree from a cost and access point of view if we qualify a trip to England is more manageble !

Stade will be top seeds, followed by Brive, & then La Rochelle.
Harlequins wouldbe 4th seeds with a win, but they need a bp win &score 11 tries to move above La Rochelle.
