Have had an awful run of injuries in the last couple of months, mostly muscle strains. (yes i do a comprhensive warm up & down)


Has anyone used skins while training? are they worth the money?

Elverys are selling Rugbytech Skins for €9.99 at present reduced from €35 good bargain. Picked up a few in Dublin at the weekend saw them in Limerick as well yesterday.

I find them really good but a bit expensive, got a pair of lonsdale skins (gtx compression series modular) have to say really good since i started wearing them in preseason, muscles don't feel as fatigued.
