Yea I know but the problem is that they weren't allowed produce any new evidence so the appeal is based upon what happened at the first hearing

Apparently when the ERC rang Mark Lewis the day after the alleged incident he was playing with his kids not the type of activity you would expect from an badly injured man...Nevertheless despite what Munster have brought to the competition the ERC have never done us any favours.
